When you are set up as users in the system, an email is sent out which can look like the following. 

Follow the instructions in the mail and click the link for the memory function. If no email is received, scroll down to "If you for some reason haven't received the welcome mail".

After clicking the link, you will come to this page. Enter your email address and click Continue.

You will receive another email. Click the link in the email.

The next step will be in your browser. Set a password. After this, you can log in using the password or e-id.
